Ruhrstadion (also known as rewirpowerSTADION due to a sponsorship deal) is a football stadium in Bochum, Germany. Originally built in 1911 it is the home ground for Bundesliga club VfL Bochum and has a capacity of 31,328.

The original ground on the site now occupied by the Ruhrstadion was opened in 1911. The stadium has a capacity of 31,328 people. The original capacity was over 50,000 but was decreased by numerous modifications.

The current stadium was built between March 1976 and July 1979 and the first game was between the VfL Bochum and SG Wattenscheid 09 on July 21, 1979.
