Goiânia Esporte Clube, or Goiânia as they are usually called, are a Brazilian football team from Goiânia in Goiás state, founded on July 5, 1938.[1] Their home stadium is the Olímpico Pedro Ludovico, which has a maximum capacity of 10,000 people. They play in black and white shirts, white shorts and black socks. Goiânia competed several times in the Série A. The club have the fourth largest fan base in the state.
