STADE MICHEL D'ORNANO
Caen, France
WSPE-819
Stade Michel d'Ornano is a multi-use stadium in Caen, France. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Stade Malherbe Caen. It is named after the French politician Michel d'Ornano, former president of Basse-Normandie region.
Originally designed to hold 22,864 people, the stadium is built in 1993 in replacement of Stade de Venoix. Its capacity was reduced several times, and is now officially 21 500 people. However it is likely to be smaller (around 21 000), since no match even played exceeded this attendance.
Unused 4" x 6" continental size chrome.
