Dear Mom and Dad:
This is where Diane and I went last night to see the Reds beat the Astros, 6 to 4.  We had to wait nearly an hour for the game to start cuz of the rain.  A guy outside the park sold us good seats for half price, so I could afford to buy a new bright red cap.  Everybody wears red to the game, just like in this photo!  The Reds just signed an outfielder named Laynce Nix.  He went 2 for 4 with a home run.  Joey Votto won the game with a two-run homer in the 7th inning.  Dianne had to get up early for work so we left in the 8th.  Our new apartment is almost ready for you to come and visit.  We look forward to seeing you both real soon.
                   Love, Dave & Diane
